Shipping & Returns Policy

 

TRANSPORT & DELIVERY

The delivery is made by various renowned courier companies, only on the territory of Romania, within 2-5 working days from the successful placement of the order, to the address specified by you. Delivery is made between 9-17 hours, on working days. In case of Force Majeure, the delivery may be delayed.

The shipping rate may vary depending on the size of the package.

 

TERM FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

The return term for products purchased online is 14 days from their receipt by the customer, based on OG 34 / 2014. The product is returned in the original packaging accompanied by the tax documents and the warranty certificate, issued by the company SMART RUBBER INDUSTRIES SRL.

The counter value of the products will be sent to the bank account indicated by the customer within 30 days.
The consumer has the right to opt only once for the return/replacement of a product under the conditions of OG 34 / 2014. In all cases of product return/replacement, the transport costs for return/replacement are borne by the customer.

We do not assume the obligation to receive or exchange the product if it is dirty, hit, damaged or stuck.

PARCEL RETURN ADDRESS

Returned products are sent by the customer to the following address: Str. Sergeant Cutieru Alexandru, no. 25B, sector 6, Bucharest within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The term is respected if the products are sent back before the expiration of the 14-day period.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

The direct cost of returning/replacing products is borne by the customer. It includes the price of transport and handling.
Small objects can also be returned to one of the stores SMART RUBBER INDUSTRIES SRL.

 

CHANGE OF PRODUCTS TO ORDER

Made-to-order product means any item that has been customized according to the customer's preferences (dimensions: length, width, height, surface material, etc.) according to art. 16 point C of OG 34 / 2014.

If the products are atypical, for example: 80/190, 195/205, etc.

According to the legislation in force, the Customer is informed of the fact that, if the products whose return is desired show signs of wear, scratches, bumps, mechanical shocks, hanging, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, the Seller reserves the right to decides to accept the return or to withhold an amount from the value of the product, an amount that will be communicated after the assessment of the damages caused.
